Description
Toast is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Care Automation team to design, build, and own backend services and integrations supporting customer care workflows. The role covers Salesforce, billing systems, identity verification, document management, iPaaS automation, APIs, automated testing, incident response, and AI-enabled case management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of production backend experience, proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language, and experience with LLMs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and data modeling. The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Bengaluru office.
