Oscar is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure / SRE to join its Core Technology team. The role focuses on architecting resilient cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and developer-focused tooling; leading complex technical projects; mentoring engineers; and improving system reliability, observability, and incident response. The position is based in Tempe with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $180,504 to $236,911 per year plus benefits, equity, vacation, and performance bonuses.
