Oscar is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure / SRE to join its Core Technology team. The role focuses on architecting resilient cloud infrastructure, managing AWS/GCP environments, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, SLOs, incident response, and large infrastructure projects. The engineer will lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and design teams, and drive technical roadmap decisions. The position is based in Oscar’s New York City office with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week, including Thursday meetings and events, and offers a base salary of $180,504 to $236,911 per year.
