Handshake AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable systems for coding data, evaluations, code review, agentic workflows, and developer-facing tools. The role involves designing reliable pipelines, APIs, data models, observability, and automation; leading projects from definition through launch; and mentoring engineers. Candidates should have at least five years of professional software engineering experience and proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or another modern language, along with experience with production systems, developer tools, data pipelines, or evaluation systems.
