Description
MongoDB is hiring a Software Engineer for its PM Benchmarking team in Mexico City. The role designs and executes performance and benchmarking workloads, builds reusable tooling and automation, analyzes latency, throughput, scalability, and infrastructure signals, and communicates findings to Engineering, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders. The position requires 5+ years of experience with distributed or highly concurrent software, hands-on MongoDB and performance-testing experience, Python or similar coding skills, cloud and competing database platform experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. It follows a hybrid working model for candidates based in Mexico.
