Vay is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Connectivity to build and optimize the low-latency network stack that transports video, audio, control, and telemetry data between autonomous vehicles and telestations. The role involves distributed-systems development, hardware and software integration, testbed and CI infrastructure, performance profiling, and production incident triage. Candidates should have strong C++ and Linux experience, networking knowledge, distributed-systems experience, and strong problem-solving skills; wireless, streaming, media, embedded, and performance-analysis experience are preferred.
