Google is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Consumer Payments Growth engineering team in Singapore. The role owns end-to-end engineering workstreams for global growth initiatives, including real-time decisioning, financial settlement, digital voucher vaulting, low-latency feature stores, telemetry pipelines, stateful quest engines, and gamified reward systems. The engineer will build scalable distributed systems, lead technical design and delivery, conduct architectural reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of software programming experience, and experience with distributed systems, software architecture, and multi-quarter engineering projects.
