Senior Software Engineer - Conversational AI (Python) at Glia

Glia is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Team Vector, a voice AI group building customer-facing banking AI agents. The role owns the core agentic voice AI framework, including conversation orchestration, tool calling, runtime architecture, guardrails, grounding, policy checks, evaluation, and end-to-end latency optimization. The engineer will work with product, design, and engineering teams across Europe and Vancouver, maintain production stability, and use AI-assisted development tools. The position requires production AI systems experience, strong LLM architecture knowledge, complex-system design judgment, reliable delivery, and cross-continental collaboration; prior tech lead, team lead, or mentorship experience is preferred.
