Huntress is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end feature delivery for its Core Platform, including design, development, testing, and release of secure, scalable software. The role spans frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure work, with responsibilities for project breakdown, code quality, technical innovation, and mentoring. Candidates need at least 8 years of complex software development experience, 5+ years of Ruby on Rails expertise, full-stack development skills, Linux and database experience, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent professional experience. The position is fully remote in the United States and offers a $160,000–$190,000 base salary plus bonus and equity.
