NVIDIA is hiring a CUDA Driver Software Engineer to design, architect, and implement features for the CUDA Driver, a core platform for accelerating general-purpose GPU computation. The role involves coordinating development across teams, improving CUDA APIs and programming models, extending CUDA Graphs and MPS, writing maintainable and tested code, and developing for multiple operating systems. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant field, strong C and C++ skills, 8–10 years of related development experience, and experience with large codebases, operating-system interfaces, multithreaded programming, and preferably Linux systems software. The base salary range is 184,000–287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000–356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits.
