Description
The Platform API Engineer will provide API governance and platform support for the CXone development organization, including developing a Dockerized Kong API Gateway solution with Lua, managing AWS infrastructure, designing and testing APIs, monitoring and troubleshooting services, managing IAM permissions, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of software development experience, and expertise with Lua, Kong, Golang, Python, RESTful APIs, DynamoDB, and observability tools. It follows a hybrid NiCE-FLEX model with two office days and three remote days per week.
