Opto is hiring a senior Software Engineer to build and operate software for its private-markets investment platform. The role involves developing TypeScript/React/Next.js user experiences, Python FastAPI REST services, and AWS Lambda applications; owning projects end to end from specification through operations; and applying strong distributed-systems, testing, CI/CD, and AI/LLM expertise in a fintech or investment-management context. The position is primarily onsite in San Francisco or New York City, with hiring limited to residents of specified U.S. states.
