Description
Arya is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Data to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations for its workforce platform. The role focuses on ETL/ELT systems using Airbyte or Dagster, REST and GraphQL APIs, file-based systems, RPA workflows, Postgres optimization, monitoring, and data quality. The engineer will lead data projects end-to-end, collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA, document integration patterns, and mentor other engineers. The position requires at least five years of software engineering experience focused on data systems or backend integrations, along with SQL, Postgres, Node.js or Python, and cloud experience.
