Description
Continental is hiring a Senior Data Platform Engineer to own and govern enterprise data ingestion and integration architecture. The role defines scalable batch, streaming, API-based, and event-driven ingestion frameworks; establishes data, API, CI/CD, testing, observability, and architecture standards; leads design reviews and complex platform challenges; and guides distributed software and data engineering teams. The position requires a computer science or related degree, 6–10 years of software engineering and data-platform experience, production experience with Scala, Java, and Python, and knowledge of data integration, CI/CD, observability, and cloud environments.
