The role focuses on designing and optimizing a vectorized, high-performance analytical database engine, supporting open table formats such as Iceberg, and collaborating across the query processing team. It requires 5+ years of production modern C++ experience, strong database internals or query processing knowledge, multithreaded systems experience, and Linux development experience. The role offers a base salary of €120,000–€150,000.
