Description
Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the simulation layer of its Software Integration Environment (SIE) platform. The role designs and implements C++ services that federate independent simulators into a shared simulated world, handles networked transport and interoperability, makes runs deterministic and reproducible, authorizes and manages scenarios, profiles performance, and integrates with Go and TypeScript platform services. The engineer will also set technical direction, mentor the team, and support onboarding of business lines and external customers. The position requires 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, deep modern C++ and real-time systems expertise, a Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance. The disclosed salary range is $191,000–$253,000 USD base, with competitive equity and benefits.
