Microsoft is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and operate scalable AI-powered services for Microsoft 365 Copilot. The role focuses on intelligent reasoning, planning, information retrieval, task execution, large language models, distributed systems, user experience, experimentation, and production delivery. The engineer will collaborate with product, design, research, and data teams, lead features from concept to production, and mentor other engineers. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least four years of technical engineering experience are required; equivalent experience is accepted, while six or more years of production software engineering experience is preferred.
