The role involves technical strategy, controls integration, testing, security, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, code reviews, and mentoring engineering teams. It requires 5+ years of software or controls development experience, C++ expertise, embedded or resource-constrained Linux experience, and knowledge of real-time systems. The position is hybrid in Broomfield, Colorado, with a partial-remote option requiring travel to the office when needed.
