Description
4C is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of software systems across military, industrial, and commercial domains. The role owns features and components end to end, integrates LLM-based and agentic capabilities, troubleshoots production issues, establishes testing and quality standards, leads code reviews, mentors engineers, and works with DoD customers. Candidates need at least five years of production web application experience, strong Java backend and modern frontend skills, distributed systems and CI/CD expertise, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The role requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, and international travel.
