Motional is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Engineering Enablement team to build and evolve internal platforms, services, toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and developer productivity tools. The role partners with engineering teams to identify workflow bottlenecks, improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and observability, and contribute to architecture and technical roadmaps. Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of software engineering experience, and expertise in Python, Go, or C++, Unix-like environments, CI/CD, cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and software development lifecycle practices.
