Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Romania is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to design and implement production-grade backend services, APIs, integrations, and agentic workflows for data- and AI-enabled applications. The role requires strong Python and backend development experience, distributed-systems knowledge, container and CI/CD expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures. Responsibilities include building and stabilizing AI applications, establishing engineering practices, supporting MLOps handovers, and collaborating with product, architecture, data, security, and business stakeholders.
