Affirm is hiring a remote React/TypeScript Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on the company’s marketplace and app experience. The role owns quarterly engineering goals, coordinates and delivers high-stakes product features, modernizes web code and design systems, defines technical plans, supports on-call and availability, and develops team talent. Candidates need at least four years of experience developing and architecting web applications with React or Vue, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, cross-team leadership experience, and experience delivering major features or system components. The role is open to candidates residing in specified Canadian provinces and offers a base pay range of CAD 153,000–213,000 per year, plus equity, stipends, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
