MHC is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship full-stack features across its AI-powered SaaS platform, including .NET backend services, APIs, data access, and modern web front-ends. The role uses an agentic-first workflow, with the engineer directing AI coding agents, reviewing and hardening generated code, and improving team engineering practices. The position requires at least five years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience with cloud, databases, testing, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices. It is a remote role for candidates based in the United States, with regular travel expected, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
