Description
Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineering IC4 to support Azure Reliability and EngOps by designing distributed systems, improving cloud architecture and reliability, and delivering AI-powered automation. The role partners with product groups, mentors engineers, leads technical reviews and incident responses, and provides expertise for major incidents. It requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field plus at least four years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience, along with Microsoft Azure or other cloud experience. The position requires at least three days in the office and offers a U.S. base pay range of USD 119,800 to USD 234,700 per year.
