Chartis is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build next-generation AI platforms for healthcare. The role combines agentic systems development with LangChain and LangGraph, AI infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, indexing and retrieval, large language model deployment, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and DevOps practices. The engineer will also mentor other engineers, lead technical product direction, and collaborate with Product and UX stakeholders. The position is remote, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant software development experience, and offers a salary of $200,000 to $225,000 plus a possible annual discretionary bonus.
