Grow is hiring a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, test, deploy, and iterate customer-facing features across frontend and backend systems for its mental health platform. The role owns the full software lifecycle, contributes to core platform systems, A/B testing, production incident resolution, code reviews, and architectural decisions, and collaborates with Product, Design, and Data. It requires at least six years of professional software engineering experience, production systems experience, Python and modern React/TypeScript, and AI-assisted development tool experience. The position is full-time, hybrid, and based in New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle, with a base compensation range of $182,000–$250,000 USD annually and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
