InsightRX is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across its React/TypeScript client and NestJS/TypeScript backend for an Astra AI platform supporting pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic analysis and clinical trial data workflows. The role covers client-server architecture, authentication, real-time updates, background job processing, LLM-agent integrations, database design, API documentation, testing, code review, and production support. Candidates should have strong full-stack web application experience, TypeScript expertise, REST and relational database knowledge, familiarity with message queues, and the ability to work independently with evolving systems.
