Description
Plaid is hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer to design and build scalable backend services and APIs alongside intuitive frontend applications. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams; maintaining code quality; testing, debugging, and monitoring production systems; contributing to system architecture; and supporting engineering culture through mentorship and technical leadership. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, backend and microservices experience with relational databases, strong frontend and system-design skills, and experience mentoring or supporting other engineers.
