Roger is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to scale the core services of its healthcare AI platform and build Generative AI and LLM-driven workflows for clinicians. The role involves developing backend services with FastAPI and MongoDB or Postgres, building APIs and infrastructure for LLMs, prototyping and hardening production systems, improving architecture and observability, deploying with Docker and AWS, and mentoring junior developers. Candidates should have at least seven years of professional software engineering experience, strong backend expertise, startup experience, distributed-systems or data-heavy backend experience, and experience or strong interest in Generative AI and LLM-powered systems.
