SoundExchange is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute across the full software development lifecycle for applications supporting creator rights and payment operations. The role involves building and maintaining Vue.js front-end interfaces and Java/Spring Boot backend services, participating in architecture and Agile work, mentoring junior engineers, and improving engineering practices. The position is based in Washington, DC with hybrid in-office days, or anywhere in the United States with occasional travel to the DC office. Candidates need at least seven years of software engineering experience, full-stack expertise, enterprise software experience, familiarity with distributed systems or microservices, strong communication and Agile skills, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. The stated pay range is $158,000 to $190,000.
