Workday is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for its Agent Factory to build and operate user-facing and platform experiences for AI agents embedded in HR and financial workflows. The role owns features from development through production, collaborates with machine learning, product, and platform teams, and contributes to engineering practices and team mentorship. Candidates need at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years with a web development framework and 5+ years with a relational database, along with cloud, distributed systems, DevOps, containerization, and testing experience. The primary location is Vancouver, British Columbia, with a base pay range of CAD 140,000–210,000 and a flexible work arrangement requiring at least 50% of time in the office or field each quarter.
