Description
Payward is hiring a Senior Product Engineer for its Growth team to build high-impact web and mobile features that improve user activation, retention, and monetization. The role partners with product, design, data, and analytics teams; implements reusable services and components for marketing, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences; contributes to distributed systems handling global traffic; and uses data and experimentation to iterate on user behavior. Candidates should have at least five years of software engineering experience, full-stack proficiency in a listed language and React or React Native, distributed-systems knowledge, and familiarity with common infrastructure and tooling.
