Owner is hiring a full-stack engineer to own the launch experience end-to-end, building onboarding, activation, upgrade, and AI-assisted setup flows that move restaurant owners from Grader scan through live on Owner. The role requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, extensive TypeScript and React skills, and experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. It is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States and Canada, with an estimated starting base salary of $210,000–$230,000 plus pre-IPO equity and comprehensive health coverage.
