Midi Health is hiring a full-stack engineer to design, build, and own full-stack features across patient, clinician, and operational products. The role partners with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations stakeholders; contributes to architecture, code quality, testing, and CI/CD; and uses AI coding tools. It requires 6+ years of production-scale full-stack web application experience, proficiency with Django/DRF and React/Next.js or equivalent, system design, and strong communication and mentorship skills. The position is hybrid, with in-office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Palo Alto or San Francisco, and offers an estimated annual salary of $180,000-$210,000 plus benefits and equity.
