Affirm is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for its Acquisition & Onboarding team within the Consumer organization. The role leads technical strategy and architectural decisions across mobile, web, and backend systems; owns team delivery and operations; mentors senior engineers; and collaborates with product, design, analytics, and engineering stakeholders. The position requires substantial mobile and full-stack experience, including React Native or native mobile development, JavaScript/TypeScript, web frameworks, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure. It is remote-first, offers a base pay range of $153,000–$213,000 per year, and includes health, dental, vision, stipends, and equity benefits.
