Affirm is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for its Acquisition & Onboarding team within the Consumer organization. The role leads technical strategy and architectural decisions across mobile, web, and backend systems; owns team delivery and operations; mentors senior engineers; and collaborates with product, design, analytics, and engineering stakeholders. Candidates should have significant mobile and full-stack experience, including React Native or native mobile development, JavaScript/TypeScript, web frameworks, backend systems, and at least four years of software engineering experience. The position is remote-first, with U.S. base pay ranging from $173,000 to $255,000 per year depending on location, plus equity, stipends, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
