Hinge Health is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for its Rewards & Incentives pod. The role owns full-stack product work across mobile experiences, backend services, APIs, data models, experimentation, and operational tooling, from technical discovery through production, measurement, iteration, and maintenance. The engineer will collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams, contribute to architecture and technical documentation, mentor teammates, and use AI-assisted development while maintaining code quality and security. The position is hybrid in San Francisco, requiring in-person attendance three days per week.
