Description

SonicWall is hiring a Software Dev Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications using large language models and agentic tooling for internal systems. The role covers the full application lifecycle, including C# and .NET development, REST/JSON APIs, automated testing, CI/CD deployment, production monitoring, enterprise integrations, and safety and observability. Candidates need 6–8 years of professional software development experience, strong C# and .NET skills, and experience with LLM integration, databases, cloud platforms, and containerization.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6–8 years of professional software development experience, including building and shipping production applications.
Hands-on experience building applications that integrate LLMs, including prompting, function/tool calling, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
Practical experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and quality assurance.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud application deployment and operation.
Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and efficient querying.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Git, and observability and monitoring practices.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable agentic orchestration frameworks.
Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry.
Experience with Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, or the Claude Agent SDK.
Experience with vector databases and retrieval pipeline design.
Familiarity with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise application landscapes such as Salesforce, Snowflake, or Oracle EBS.
Experience in security, SaaS, or B2B technology sectors.
