Description
GitHub is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to architect, develop, test, and ship high-performance systems for GitHub Actions, including APIs, distributed systems, container orchestration, security, and cloud infrastructure. The role owns production software end-to-end, participates in code reviews and on-call incident response, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports technical roadmaps. Candidates need substantial software engineering experience, production fluency in a general-purpose programming language, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience; distributed systems, scripting, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure experience are preferred. The typical base pay range in Czechia is 1,338,000–2,448,000 Czech koruna per year.
