Description
The employer is seeking a GenAI Software Engineer to lead the development of an agent-based software product using Claude Code and comparable AI tools. The role orchestrates parallel AI agents, evaluates and integrates generated Java and JavaScript code, defines quality guardrails, contributes to backend and frontend architecture, optimizes performance and scalability, and acts as a technical partner for product and sales stakeholders. The position is 100% remote, offers an indefinite contract, and requires several years of software development experience, strong German and English skills, and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
