The role requires at least five years of full-stack development experience, technical leadership, strong design and algorithm knowledge, and experience working in a team environment. Preferred qualifications include software-scale experience, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, Go, SQL, NoSQL, distributed systems, API design, agile processes, and customer experience expertise. The position offers a United States starting salary of $128,842 to $232,200 per year, with an expected on-target earnings range of $144,000 to $258,000 per year, plus equity and other benefits.
