The role involves developing new features, improving performance, making architectural decisions, and optimizing resilient, highly parallelized systems. Candidates need at least five years of full-stack development experience, technical leadership experience, strong design and algorithm knowledge, and prior team experience; professional experience at scale and familiarity with Ruby, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, MongoDB, Postgres, Ruby on Rails, React, or agile processes are bonuses. The role is hybrid and offers a stated annual base range of $128,842 to $232,200 for United States-based candidates, with an on-target earnings range of $144,000 to $258,000.
