CoreWeave is hiring a Senior Software Engineer I (IC3) for its Cluster Orchestration team to own multiple services in its SUNK and Kubernetes-based orchestration platform. The role focuses on designing and improving reliability, performance, throughput, latency, and resilience for AI training and inference workloads across GPU clusters, while leading code reviews, project milestones, SLI/SLO definitions, operational practices, and mentoring IC1/IC2 engineers. The position requires 3–5 years of distributed systems or cloud services experience, strong Go coding, production Kubernetes experience, and familiarity with observability and reliability practices; preferred qualifications include orchestration and workflow technologies, GPU and ML workloads, scheduling concepts, and reliability practices. The base salary is $139,000 to $204,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
