Rocket Lab is hiring a Senior Software Engineer I/II – Simulation Engineering to architect and deploy large-scale distributed simulation environments for aerospace systems, including multi-vehicle and constellation-level modeling. The role develops data pipelines, performs statistical and data modeling analysis, optimizes high-performance computing infrastructure, and integrates complex simulation ecosystems. The position is based at the Littleton, Colorado site and requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience for the I level or 8+ years for the II level, relevant simulation and data-analysis experience, and U.S. citizenship. The base salary range is $115,000–$165,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
