Honeycomb is hiring an Agentic Intelligence Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI agents that investigate, reason, and act on high-cardinality observability data within Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills. The role owns the full lifecycle of agent development, including evaluation, maintenance, and production deployment, and may involve fullstack development. Candidates should have experience shipping LLM-based systems in production, understanding agent architecture and high-cardinality data stores, and making product judgments about agent capabilities. The position offers a base salary of $183,340–$206,000 USD, equity, benefits, and a distributed-first work arrangement.
