The role involves cross-team architecture and design reviews, engineering process improvement, mentorship, and leveraging AI, with an onsite Seattle schedule of four days per week. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, at least eight years of professional software development experience, and experience with cloud services, backend and frontend technologies, databases, real-time messaging, APIs, and AWS. The base pay range is $148,500 to $237,600 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans.
