Freenome is hiring a Senior Software Engineer II to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services for internal and external systems. The role involves collaborating with scientists, product managers, and engineers; mentoring junior engineers; leading code and design reviews; contributing to machine-learning data infrastructure; and improving engineering hygiene and development practices. It is a remote position requiring at least eight years of software development experience, Python and backend development expertise, and experience with containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms.
