ConnectWise is hiring a Senior Software Engineer II focused on backend development and full-stack contributions. The role designs and maintains scalable cloud-based applications and services using Python, Golang, AWS, React, and Angular; develops REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures; optimizes performance and observability; troubleshoots production issues; and mentors engineers. The position requires at least six years of professional software development experience, strong Python backend experience, cloud-native AWS experience, SQL and CI/CD knowledge, and demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted development tools.
