Life360 is hiring an AI-Native Senior Software Engineer II for its Revenue Experimentation team. The role focuses on designing and shipping Android growth and monetization experiments, including paywalls, pricing tests, ad placement, one-time purchases, and upsell flows, while using AI coding tools as a first-class development partner. The engineer will instrument experiments, improve Android performance and reliability, contribute to AI-native engineering practices, participate in on-call and incident response, and mentor other engineers. The position requires at least six years of Android software engineering experience, hands-on LLM experience, strong Kotlin and Jetpack Compose skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The role is remote-first within the United States and Canada, with a US salary range of $118,500 to $216,500 and Canadian compensation of $171,500 to $201,000 CAD.
