DigitalOcean is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Network Datapath to design, develop, optimize, and operate high-performance networking software for its cloud infrastructure. The role covers packet processing, forwarding, routing, acceleration, observability, and integration with host, kernel, user-space, and hardware-accelerated networking components. Candidates should have strong C, C++, or Go experience, deep networking and packet-processing knowledge, Linux networking expertise, and familiarity with technologies such as DPDK, XDP, eBPF, AF_XDP, or SR-IOV. The position is remote and offers a base salary of $167,200 to $209,000.
